I changed the blog around again. I thought that "Unusual Feeling of Well-Being" wouldn't be a good name for it anymore. I did think that was a cool name, so feel free to rip it off if you want, but it had that geeky-blog touch that I decided I want to avoid.

And since I plan to mostly write about food, I thought it should have a delicious name. I chose papayawhip because not only does that sound like something tasty, it's actually a web geek term. "Papayawhip" is a color that's recognized by browsers just like "red" or "green." I'm using it as the background for this page now, but in case I change it, here is what it looks like (in the background).

As I just mentioned, grilling is a lot of fun. But it can be difficult if you are trying to cut your fat intake. A few of the things I've tried work pretty well.
One involves hot dogs. Hot dogs are terrible for you normally, but Ball Park sells White Meat turkey dogs that are completely fat free. There are actually several low-fat hot dogs, but the beef ones are gonna contain filler like soy protein. That kinda grosses me out.
The turkey dogs are a little bland, but if you're like me you'll be putting every condiment in sight on the thing anyway. Since most hot dog toppings are veggie-based (skip the cheese), this meal turns out being quite good for you. I'd suggest chopped onions, relish, mustard, and tomato. Not bad.

This is my second attempt at a blog. I killed the last one because a) I got really sick of the name, b) it was ugly, c) the comment spam was atrocious and d) I felt obligated to update it more than I wanted to. The only thing I really liked about it was the food reviews I wrote; those were fun to write and they actually pulled readers in from search engines.

This one is really just to build familiarity with the Movable Type software, which I'll be using at work. But I'll probably put a few reviews up once in a while too, so if you want to check back once a month or so, knock yourself out.

The name of this one comes from prescription drug ads, specifically, it's a side effect of some medications. Google it and you'll see what I mean. I was shocked to see that there were no blogs using this name already, at least on the first page of results.
